I recently needed at major tuneup on my 2007 Hyundai Genesis. I took my car to Capitol Hyundai in San Jose. The service area was rather crowded but well organized . Everyone from the greeter in the waiting area to the service advisor and the cashier was very upbeat and friendly. I was able to do my business over the free Internet connection in the waiting area so I could wait for my car to be completed without waisting any of my time. The service took approximately 3 hours including a free car wash. It was a very good experience for me. I was completely satisfied.

They had all my records computerized and detailed in their system, so getting to the essence of my current service status was no problem.
